Job Summary
1. Site Information Technology (IT) Operations. Ensures the desktop support teams which have a direct impact to client tasks/initiatives as well required alignment to over-arching steady-state Qualfon IT management.
2. Liaison between Client and corresponding IT Operations. Alignes and work closely with peers in infrastructure (telecom, network, and systems). Meets and exceeds the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and results in high customer satisfaction. Develops strong relationships both externally and internally to IT Operations and achieve productivity improvements as measured by value for customer. Manages initiatives and projects with diligence, priority and response.
3. Personnel Management. Mentors and provides guidance to less experienced personnel. Provides technical leadership to appropriate personnel on highly complex system administration activities. Provide technical leadership to internal and external personnel. Act as escalation point for all requests and incidents. Conducts Staff meetings. Ensures necessary tools are provided for all colleagues to improve IT service.
Encourages giving of feedback to fuel performance.
Prepares and conducts performance reviews.
Ensures professional development for all team members (provide training, share best practices and transmit knowledge).
Ensures best practices documentation.
Area of expertise (Skills)
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration or related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
5+ years managing IT staff
Other Skills and Experiences (Min)
Familiarity with program management and infrastructure technology services delivery methodologies highly designed; recommended certifications: ITILv3 Foundations, Lean Six Sigma, PMI
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with large scale IT integration projects
3 + Years working in a call center or multi-client environment
Good understanding of hosting architectures including database, network, and SAN technologies and concepts
