1. The Senior Manager (Industrial Business Development) is responsible for managing and delivering the end-to-end development projects, which will contribute in improving market position and financial growth of the company.
2. The position will act as the primary representative in all dealings with project partners, government bodies and service providers. He/she will lead all negotiations and discussions in project and partnership agreements.
3. The position will manage the entire lifecycle of the project, which includes identifying opportunity, deal economic analysis, stakeholder management, financial closing and implementation. It will also require proven leadership, management and organization, communication, commercial savvy, and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of the logistics needed in the project.
4. The position will also be assisting in the fundamental demand analysis of the Industrial market such as demand forecast, market segmentation, competitive landscape, and value chain structuring.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Develops and reviews strategic plans for Industrial Sales Team across all phases of the project development cycles.
2. Assists Industrial Sales Supervisors and Account Officers in attainment of the accounts target by overseeing project development activities from investment approval, financial close, to implementation.
3. Reviews scope and spearheads negotiation agreements with various clients
4. Develops, reviews and improves project and development activities to ensure team's compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
5. Manages partnerships that supports industrial sales volume growth and supply optimization objectives.
6. Develop and implement the road map for SEAOIL to penetrate the Domestic and International Bunkering market through our existing product line (fuel and lube oil) and the introduction of new products like Low Sulfur Fuel Oil (LFSO).
7. Evaluate, understand and support customers' fuel and lubes product's and technical needs, managing the end to end sales cycle from customer acquisition, contract negotiations through to product delivery.
8. Maximize both present and long-term sales and profitability.
9. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
