Position Summary:
The Manager, HR Business Partner should be a strategic HR professional that partners with executives and senior leaders to develop and implement human resource strategies and programs that are in line with the individual business unit and organizational mission and vision. Must have extensive knowledge in all aspects of HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, learning, employment law, compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Understands business strategy and KPIs and partners with senior leaders to develop and refine a people strategy with talent focused solutions to support the specific business need.
Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational design and people-related execution and movement.
Provides leaders and employees with ongoing coaching, sharing tools and solutions that support leadership development.
Understand the unique talent needs for each department of the business and develop strategies, in partnership with Talent Attraction and Talent Development, to identify, attract, retain, and develop the next generation of leaders.
Partner with business leaders on assessment of talent, succession planning and key talent development to ensure business and talent is prepared for future growth.
Partner with Talent Development and Learning & Development to diagnose need and skills gap analysis for specific department and implement strategy to address.
Support Talent Attraction and Compensation & Benefits in formulating competitive offers and enhanced employee value proposition.
Be a change leader throughout the organization and work with leaders to ensure change is understood, adopted, and implemented by providing effective planning, communication, and training to enable successful execution of change efforts; ensure actions and steps are in place to follow up, assess progress and continue to drive effective change.
Work with leaders to drive high performance and synergy within their teams; facilitate team building and team alignment to support leaders to drive top performance.
Facilitate and support cyclical HR initiatives such as performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement survey and action planning, as well as other annual initiatives. Partner with leaders to create a high level of engagement and satisfaction across the team taking action against employee feedback and survey data.
Identify and utilize HR metrics and data to diagnose and proactively address or anticipate potential challenges to the business. Share with leadership and develop strategy utilizing current best practices to address, specific to departments.
Respond and investigate employee relations issues, advising of risk and recommending the best decision for all parties. Identify trends and recommend effective solutions.
Form strong partnerships across the HR COEs and have ability to consult on and support/implement various initiatives and best practices. Has the ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Evaluates and interprets existing policies and procedures and makes recommendations for changes and implementation throughout the organization based on industry best practices.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
5+ years of progressive experience in HR generalist, HR business partner or talent management positions of increasing responsibility.
Relevant bachelor's degree with post graduate business qualifications highly regarded.
HR management experience required including knowledge of international employment, tax, and immigration laws.
HR/SPHR Certification preferred
Candidate must have experience in human resources management or consulting in a dynamic, highly complex global environment.
Must be able to show a successful track record of strategic work with business partners at all levels.
Must have excellent relationship building, communication and influencing skills.
Must be highly collaborative and able to operate in an agile dynamic environment.
Must be results focused, data driven, and solutions oriented.
