About the Role
As the Manager, you will be at the forefront of RAFI's transformation journey, driving the development and execution of strategic plans. Your expertise in strategy development and implementation, data analytics, advanced reporting, and storytelling will be instrumental in shaping decisions and aligning teams with the Foundation's mission.
 
Responsibilities
Drive the RAFI's 2030 Transformation Strategy and actionable annual plans.
Implement performance management systems such as the Balanced Scorecard.
Utilize data analytics and visual storytelling to monitor progress and communicate impact.
Oversee organizational performance reporting, leveraging tools like MS Excel and Power BI.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in strategy development, organizational performance management, and data reporting.
Advanced proficiency in, MS Viva Goals and MS Excel, with experience in data visualization tools like MS Power BI.
Strong skills in analytics, strategic storytelling, and organizational performance reporting.
