SALARY RANGE : PHP 88,000 - PHP 110,000
A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Operations manager should have a clear understanding of the company's goals and objectives, and be able to align their work with these goals. They should be able to articulate the company's mission and vision, and demonstrate how their work contributes to the achievement of these objectives.
Able to streamline processes and increase efficiency across the organization. They should identify areas where processes can be improved, implement changes to increase productivity, and measure the impact of these changes.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders both within and outside the organization. They should be able to build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other partners, and ensure that everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Able to motivate and inspire their team to deliver exceptional results. They should be able to set clear goals, provide regular feedback and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Able to identify areas where they need to develop their skills, seek out opportunities for growth, and take ownership of their own professional development.

They should be able to create a positive and inclusive work environment, and demonstrate a commitment to developing and empowering their team members to reach their full potential. A role model candidate should also be able to make tough decisions and take responsibility for the outcomes of their actions
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least an undergraduate degree or equivalents
A minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles or logistics.
