Position Purpose: The Manager - Content and Strategic Messaging will report to the Vice President of Content and Strategic Messaging as part of the Sales Enablement team and will be assisting in the refresh of content to be used by the commercial team and peer reviews of prospect/client-facing materials in support of managing prospect and client responses. Content will be based on the organization's vision and strategy and ensure proper positioning with Everise key verticals. The content and sales enablement resources within Sales Enablement are responsible for working with the subject matter experts within the organization to keep each resource groups content current. Resources include but are not limited to human resources, training, quality, operations, IT, business continuity, security, finance and legal. . Support the strategic messaging for positioning the organization and demonstrating differentiation as defined by the Director . Providing consulting expertise on proposals and solutions via the peer review process to the Proposal Managers and account primes the peer review ensures accuracy of core data points about the organization, consistency of messaging throughout, provides revisions to ensure materials are in 'one voice' and aligns with the account primes identified strategy . Collaborating with marketing to ensure consistency in messaging that drives the content for the global sales deck and other materials . Working with sales and client services to present key data points and/or identify appropriate case studies for use in presales activities . Developing customized and creating new content as appropriate in response to prospect/client questions and/or supplement or replace standard content . Collaborating with functional SMEs to define and author new or revised content describing solution sets, tools, and other client-specific benefits . Focusing on continuous improvement and teamwork through conducting quantitative reviews of the engagement process leading and/or participating in at least two continuous improvement projects annually . Growing skills within the industry Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field preferred . Minimum of 5 years' experience within operations or solution design within a global organization . An in-depth knowledge of the contact center within a BPO setting on a global basis . A deep understanding of various business verticals and how businesses operate in general . Must possess the flexibility to partner with all internal departments as needed . Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills . Ability to operate effectively in a team environment. . Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills . Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance Required Knowledge: . Advanced knowledge of contact center outsourcing, industry specific and competitive set . Proven management experience . Proven project management skills . Skills in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint and Excel . Deep knowledge of contact center fundamentals, staffing, technology, pricing methodologies, etc. . Understanding and experience using structured sales methodologies such as Target Account Selling, Solution Selling, Integrated Solution Selling, etc. . Familiarity with responding to a client's procurement process and internal bid review processes for large, complex outsourcing deals Required Skills & Abilities: . Ability to manage a global team that drives accountability and ownership . Ability to translate and communicate a customer's strategic opportunities into written solutions that are easy to understand . Ability to generate case studies that articulate our experience . Excellent written and presentation skills . Strong decision making skills to determine the most appropriate solutions . Ability to develop competitive value-add solutions through creativity and innovation . Ability to work on teams in a lead and participative capacity with many different and diverse stakeholders . Ability to deal with uncertainty and take charge of difficult situations . Ability to manage multiple priorities through excellent time management and organizational skills .
