Role Purpose
Lead the development management activities, in relation to Non - Residential assets in the OXAGON Village and potentially the wider OXAGON Region. Work collaboratively with NEOM Sectors, OXAGON-Projects to execute the OXAGON Village development strategy. Implementing contemporary development practices, effectively consulate with internal and external stakeholders to create a high quality future facing integrated city.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
Manage internal development activities related to Community Assets and project manage the work of consultants, architects, engineers and construction professionals
Prepare Stage 3A - Concept to Stage 3D - Tender Documentation design Briefs (includes Detail design)
Liaise with OXAGON - Projects, Project Management Company (PMC) and NEOM sectors to finalize Design Stage Request for Proposals (RFP) as per NEOM procedures
Prepare a detailed development plan/timeline for the Asset, indicating the short- and long-term activities
Direct and lead pre concept designs, (producing Initial Asset briefs), gaining approvals with Stakeholders as required
Monitor and drive the delivery of the designs for specific asset, coordinate with other key internal and external stakeholders and provide status updates to relevant parties
Project manage the design of the architectural, interior design, landscape, and engineering in accordance with the development strategy and product positioning and following the NEOM procedures
Coordinate plans and work between design disciplines and internal stakeholders with careful attention to detail.
Manage Design Stage Gate reviews with Key Stakeholders
Attend project and construction meetings, ensuring that project progress occurs in alignment with the development strategy and business case
Work closely with other teams within OXAGON and NEOM for the successful planning and delivery of these assets
Provide assistance to OXAGON - Projects during construction ensuring quality and development goals are achieved
Assist OXAGON - Asset Management in the start up of operations of the Asset. Specific focus on Customer journey, an exceptional livable precinct
In conjunction with OXAGON - Projects and PMC review assets cashflows and input into forecasts and yearly budgets. Update Asset Feasibilities
Assist the OXAGON Village Director in other asset related work or updates that may be required from time to time
Act as the Point of Contact for requests within OXAGON related to specific assets
Management of presentations as required.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Relevant years of experience in the real estate development fields with a good understanding of the asset development process and the key principles driving the design of such assets
Relevant years of project management experience
General working knowledge of the life cycle of the real estate development process, from project inception to opening and asset management
Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse work environment with substantial lateral stakeholder management
Excellent use of MS Office and ability to prepare powerful presentations
Passion for developing well-executed projects in a dynamic and creative environment
Qualifications
Bachelors in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Business, Architecture, Engineering or Construction
Masters degree in one of the above fields is also desirable
