Job Description
Responsible for end to end, division-wide processes and workflows. Responsible for identifying, designing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Identifying problems (blind spots, duplicate or manual work, non-value adding activities) and implementing solutions to those. Work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize and launch initiatives such as automations, tools and products that support operational efficiency at scale. Focus on Cloud enablement for an improved customer experience.
Top Deliverables:
Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement, up to cross-group integrated processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and roll out new/modified cloud engineering processes
Create process documentation, user guides, procedure manuals for training of employees (based on personas) to ensure successful adoption of new processes
Make recommendations based on process performance re further improvement or new/additional gaps
Support Cloud Enablement by identifying and carving updated paths for learning for different personas based on technology priorities and updates
