Primary Responsibilities:
Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team
May oversee work activities of other supervisors
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder in any field
At least 10 - 13 years of experience in customer service delivery and operations management
At least 3 years of strong people management and leadership experience
Ability to define, develop, and manage team KPIs through process compliance
Effectively managed and led daily operations of large-scale teams of about 200 to 300 resources
Worked on projects and ability to continually drive operational excellence
Articulate in communication. Ability to have clear and impactful conversations with stakeholders and top management
Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt / Yellow Belt
