What this job involves:
Driving real estate growth & development in the Industrial and Logistics sector
This role will push you to drive real estate development and growth in the industrial and logistic sector . Your tasks will include the selling & promoting either real estate leasing or brokerage transaction solutions to both local and international players located in Cebu, Philippines. Through direct sales contribution and guiding a small team, you'll grow our property clients portfolio in this exciting sector by conducting and leading business development and sales initiatives.

Some of your activities will include:
Financial Analysis
Prepare financial analysis for the landlord clients which includes effective rent calculations, cash flow analysis and determination of appropriate assumptions to use for the analysis to assist in the decision making process.
Business Development
Create business opportunities by sourcing prospective clients from company database and external sources through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Cross sell other company servicesystematic and regular follow up of leads with the purpose of generating business/revenue
Account Management
Responsible for the entire transactional process including (but not limited to) negotiation with prospective lessee and lessors, liaison with lawyers, preparation of documentation & strategic reports and attending client meetings
Responsible for accurate fee forecast, timely preparation of request to bill form and monitor billing and collection
Responsible for developing long term relationship with the objective of repeat business
Responsible for being updated on relevant market knowledge in order that clients may be able to make informed real estate decisions.
