POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is a brand steward responsible for assisting in and collaborating on setting the future look and feel and overall brand campaign messaging for the company, providing tools and guides to ensure the brand is understood across all consumer facing teams. Together with our internal and external agency partners, working on the development of marketing campaigns that will drive brand awareness, preference, and consideration. Lead creative development to motivate our target audience to "take action" by considering the commercial aspect of our business and how it applies and drives what we do daily. While continuing to differentiate our brand from industry competitors and further defining our position as the ultimate family vacation.
The Brand Management Manager launches and manages campaign work, collaborates with departmental peers, and ensures all brand needs are met. They must have a strong balance of strategic thinking, creative aptitude, project management and people skills. While also understanding consumer trends with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. This position requires this leader to multitask and manage several projects while providing clear direction and guidance to direct reports, but also to other colleagues. Key liaison between other cross-functional teams to support company growth strategy. This job requires that you be extremely organized, detail oriented and highly motivated. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Leads processes to create Best-in-class Advertising. Must be able to identify the value of great idea, and if off strategically, work to adjust to ensure it aligns with our brand values and ambitions.
A creative thinker, confident in their ability to offer creative direction and brainstorm ideas. Strong understanding of editing options and techniques that enable them to offer clear direction to creative teams.
Be able to develop creative work and how to produce and facilitate it. Building solid executional plans and executing on new to cruise, regional market takeovers and brand programs.
Includes coordination of creative executions in print, multi city OOH, radio, broadcast, local activations, experiential marketing and new media utilizing our outside agency and in-house agency.
Demonstrate ability to effectively organize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. A team player with the ability to work independently.
Liaising with our internal and external agency partners on a daily basis ensuring expectations are constantly met.
Development of briefs, with strategic insights, thought starters and relevant analytics that's used as the foundation to project kickoffs. Delivering clear, concise well written briefs that communicate the business objectives, and industry challenges that drive our needs.
Led, Collaborate and participate on brand productions both agency and internally led ensuring plan and content align with overall brand objectives and creative output meets campaign, channel and corporate needs.
Manage brand budgets, estimates and reconciliation process with advertising agency
Assist Sr. Manager in ongoing development of brand architecture, purpose, and values. Ensuring team maintains brand tools, like hold messages, brand guidelines, new program guidelines, logo explorations, etc.
Develop and manage talent that understands, loves and is dedicated to the brand.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for brand budget including monthly accruals and forecasting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
7+ years of progressive marketing experience in a marketing and/or advertising agency
2+ years of people management with experience in creative concept development & execution, strategy and branding
BA/BS degree required; MBA a plus
Gifted strategic thinker combined with analytical and creative talent
Leader with top notch relationship building skills. This leader must also be roll up their sleeves kind of leader that is all about uplifting and building up talent.
Very strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills - A great leader and team player
Strong written and verbal communication skills (internal and external), including Executive presentation skills
Proven ability to lead productions of 20 to 50+ successfully
Highly developed attention to detail
Meticulous organizational and process development skills
Be available for travel - which can be as long or longer than at 7+ days/nights
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understand of brand building, positioning and communication strategy
Connected and current on market trends and competitive activity
Ability to effectively understand complex creative concepts and translate that into a production plan
Heightened problem-solving skills along with passion for the creative process
Meticulous organizational and process development skills
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to think and apply knowledge creatively
Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward collaborative relationships
