MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Job Description:
Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production operations to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Learn to manage production schedules, manpower planning, and inventory control.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.
Prepare reports and presentations as needed for performance tracking and analysis.
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on assignments across different production units.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or management accounting.
With 2-3 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work in a factory/plant environment and adapt to rotational shifts.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production software.
Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
