Qualifications:
A graduate of any business related course
Knowledgeable in customer service and motivational skills
Can coach, monitor and train staff
With good oral and written communication skills
Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
Willing to work on Sundays and Holidays
Computer Literate
Documentation requirements for effective handling and disposition of disciplinary cases.
Ability to identify problems, determine possible solutions, and actively work to resolve the issues using various problem solving and decision making tools and techniques
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
