Qualifications
Graduate of a business-related bachelor's degree
Additional certifications in Retail Operations are a plus
With experience in a retail environment
Experience in inventory management and merchandising is an advantage
Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing strategic plans
Supervise, motivate, and train sales associates to enhance performance
Oversee inventory control to minimize stock discrepancies and ensure product availability
Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
