Qualifications
Prefers graduate of bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2-year supervisory experience in sales.
At least two (2) years' work experience preferably in retail or any related field.
With problem solving and decision making abilities
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
With strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Has a good verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Works well with a team and results oriented person
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work & Power Point); ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
Ability to implement and ensure compliance with the Policies and Procedures of the Company
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Willing to be assigned outside Cebu.
