MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
 
Job Descriptions:
Facilitates ordering and product inquiry with merchandising
Ensures merchandising and visual display meet operational standards
Conducts regular roving in display area to monitor and give assistance 
Issues and facilitates incident reports related to inventory and merchandising concerns
Attends to the concerns of the Technical Sales Clerks related to product/ technical matters
Initiates and facilitates store marketing and promotions
Communicates with sales personnel and other departments any new promotional undertaken by the store.
Handles security concerns/ matters including ocular inspection of store premises before and after closing time and some incidence of the theft/shoplifting, fires, power outages and leaks
Must do all the responsibilities of Store Office in his/her absence
Performs other related duties incidental to the work 
Job Qualifications:
Prefers graduate of Bachelors degree in Finance/ Accountancy, Business Administration/ Marketing or its equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in sales, technology or finance
At least two (2) years work experience preferably in retail or any related field
With problem solving and decision making abilities
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
With strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Has a good verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Works will with a team and result oriented person
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work & Power point) ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
Ability to implement and ensure compliance with the Policies and procedures of the company
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
Experience:
Retail, Supervisory experience in Sales: 1 year (Required)
