Monster Kitchen Inc. is in need of MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Summary of Functions
A Management trainee may often rotate to different company departments (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. They contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance by analyzing and writing reports.
Functions
Provides administrative support (e.g. data entry).
Participates in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Participates in company’s strategic planning.
Takes detailed notes and liaises with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Helps managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Completes all assigned tasks and assists with day-to-day operations.
Observes and learn from experienced staff members.
Prepares documents and updates records.
Creates and gives presentations
Learns about conflict resolution and sits in on disciplinary hearings.
Travels to different offices and participates in daily operations as required.
Willing to travel to VisMin area.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Economics
Experience in a management role is preferred but fresh graduates can apply!
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent time management skills and superb attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and effective communicator
