Financial Markets Sector Training Program (FMSTP) offers a holistic exposure on Bank's Financial Markets Arm of the Bank and will be mentored by the best industry leaders.
The program will prepare its trainee under:

Treadury Group
Trust Banking Group
Bachelor's Degree in business or any technical related courses
Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in financial market, investment, and sales
Must have excellent scholastic records
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work individually and with a team
Amenable to work in Batangas area
