MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FINANCE)
As Management Trainee, the applicant is expected to become very knowledgeable with the key functions of the Finance Department of the Company.
The accepted applicant will undergo training program that shall provide exposure to the different responsibilities, such as but not limited to:
• Day-To-Day Transactional Accounting
o Day to day record keeping
o Preparation of financial statements
• Financial Analysis and Project Feasibilities
o Development of business plans
o Feasibility study - development of cash flow projections and income statement for projects pursued by Company
• Project Cost Accounting
o Recording and reporting of all costs (both variable and fixed) related to the project
o Analysis of all cost to make better financial decisions, introduce efficiencies and budget accurately
• Management of Cash flow
o Preparation of Cashflow Statement
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are very much welcome to apply
• With good scholastic record
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated, analytical and self-starter.
