To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for a competent Management System Engineer.
 
Job Description
 
The Management System Engineer is responsible to manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation, actively supporting internal and external audits, process audits, 6S audits, safety walks, updates, and follow-up actions for IMS-related programs including IMS objectives, risk and opportunity register, environmental aspect, hazard identification, Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and comments and suggestions.
 
Document controller
Update documented information, administrate hard and soft copies, distribution, and retrieval.
Manage document change requests and document control.
Provide training and workshops on document changes and compliance-related documentation.
Audit assistance
Actively support IMS Manager in conducting process audits, internal and external audits, 6S audits, and safety walks.
Member of the internal audit team.
Prepare audit documentation (program, plans, reports).
Follow up on auditee's actions on findings.
IMS support
Maintain CAR monitoring, follow up on actions, and support CAR management.
Support root cause analysis.
Maintain employee's comments and suggestions monitoring.
Assist in periodic review and evaluation of IMS objectives, risk and opportunity register, environmental aspect, hazard identification, follow-up of actions.
Assist in preparation of management review report, including data collection, reporting on process performance.
Assist other departments in IMS-related issues.
Assist in creation of annual training plan.
Join EHS Committee meetings and participate in EHS-related activities.
Qualifications and experience
Engineering graduate, preferably BSIE, BSME, BSEE, BSCE, BSECE.
At least 3 years of work experience in maintaining and improving any or all management systems for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 as a Document Controller, Document Manager, or similar position.
Experience as an Internal Auditor, certification preferred.
Knowledge of management systems terminology, methods, and tools.
Excellent in both verbal and written English.
Able to interact with people at all levels of the organization, excellent communication skills, team player.
High degree of self-motivation, hands-on and proactive mentality to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analytical thinker with awareness of quality, environment, occupational health and safety.
Proficient in MS Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in furniture industry is a plus.
