Job Purpose:
Maintenance of FMT technical tools, Finance Sandbox, FMS Workflow, Bank Recon, Financial BI, VBA automation tools
Reduce team overtime through process transformation and automation
Build up the MIS/Management reporting tools quality, timeliness and creation of new reports
Automation of new report requirements (both BAU and Ad Hoc) from our distribution channels and partners
Be a driver of synergy between other teams such as Actuarial, Planning, MIS/Recruitment, Data science
Provide insights and analysis for management decision on key financial and distribution reports
Key Responsibilities:
Automation of new and existing reports to improve consistency and turn-around times
Maintenance of FMT Technical Tools for continued updates and user support
Generate required recurring reports as required by the business
Provide timely responses to adhoc queries and data requests
Improve TAT in data sharing across FMT through (Finance Sandbox) SQL Server /
(Data Lake) AWS
Participate in other key projects and initiatives within the team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with VBA for Excel
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL scripting and SQL server tools
Minimum 2+ years' experience in finance/accounting/management reporting/analysis
Proficient in MS word, excel, powerpoint and other tools used in reporting
Experience in working collaboratively on projects with various department / functions
Familiarity with BI tools (such as Microsoft Power BI / Tableau)
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
