Management Information Manager in Clark Pampanga
Minimum requirements:
Applicants must be willing to relocate to Clark, Pampanga.
Applicants must be a Filipino citizen or have a relevant residence status
At 1 WFM experience (any tower)
High diploma/GED required ( degree preferred)
Strong analytical organization skills, including trend analysis.
Proficient with time management.
Ability to plan, prioritize organize effectively / detail-oriented.
Demonstrate ability to independently, take initiative, problem solve, handle tasks, prioritize daily responsibilities.
A thorough knowledge of computer software. Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as other related applications.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt quickly to departmental changes conditions.
Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to learn apply new information quickly, independently, take initiative.
Demonstrate working knowledge adherence to all Human Resource & Workforce Management policies, procedures, guidelines, practices.
Excellent written verbal communication skills are required to interface effectively with staff, managements, various other internal external customers.
Regular, punctual consistent attendance.
Ability to in a team oriented environment focused on cross training sharing workload responsibilities.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work outside of normal schedule with little or no notice.
Ability to perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities Accountabilities
Specialise in Business Intelligence Content Integration
Follow the planned data collection, considering the different data types availability timelines
Deliver all designated reporting activities in the Service Menu within the agreed timelines quality both internally externally
Track Report contact centre performance through Management Information processes
Extract, construct, present data from Workforce Management applications/tools help develop Management Information System Reporting that helps performance tracking
Conduct professional trend analysis on volume Key Performance Indicator data for both front- back-office operating environment
Automate reports to reduce inefficiencies by designing macros
