Description
Qualifications:
Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in Audit or Accounting or both
Supervisory experience preferred but not required
CPA is not required but is an added point
Familiarity with a good computerized accounting system is preferred
Proficient in MS Office, internet navigation & email system
Excellent communication skills particularly in writing
With strong analytical and problem solving skills
Flexible team player
With interpersonal & relationship building skills
Responsibilities:
Works under the direct supervision of a Business Improvement and Dev't Dept. (BIDD) Manager
Conducts research & studies supporting recommendations to streamline organization's core business process
Preforms walk-through test to determine reliability of organization's various systems and procedures, including planning & documentation of such
Creates and updates department's process manuals and references
Drafts memoranda for information dissemination of approved process improvement, guidelines, policies & procedures
Assists in the implementation of management approved process improvement, guidelines, policies & procedures
Conducts evaluation and gathers feedback for approved processes
Assists in managing the company's current Accounting, HR, and Payroll system and addresses concerns of employees regarding the said systems
Monitors BIDD files
Performs needed tasks as may be assigned
