JOB ROLE : The MALL MANAGER is responsible for increasing rental revenue, managing controllable cost, formulating effective programs to increase tenant sales and achieve target walk-ins. Focus also will be on Facilities Management, Personnel Management and Personal Development of the Team. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent. Must have at least five (5) years of solid work experiences in a managerial or supervisory capacity, gained from Restaurants or Fast Food Chains or Retail Industry. Willing to be assigned in either Tagaytay area and WM Dasmarinas.
