The Mall Operations Assistant assists the Mall Operations Manager in the overall smooth flow of documents in the Mall Operations Department. He/she coordinates with other departments in the mall to ensure that administrative tasks such as document control and filing system are effectively and completely maintained. He/she prepares, submits, routes and cascades memos, documents and reports related to mall operations.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any equivalent course.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidate must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Robinsons Place Malolos located in Malolos, Bulacan.
