JOB SUMMARY:
The Mall Marketing Coordinator is a newly created role designed to support the mall particularly the tenants during the pandemic. With the absence of physical events, sales, and bazaars, and the substantial reduction of people coming to the mall, the mall will focus on guerilla marketing programs and digital advertising to help the tenants survive. Focus and Agility are key to help the mall and tenants improve their business in these difficult times.
OVERALL WORK SCOPE
Leads and owns the tenant marketing planning and execution of Gaisano Malls. The position is responsible for ensuring that all marketing activities and initiatives meet the standards and deadlines set by Mall Operations and Marketing team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inventory of all ad placement in the mall.
Gathering of tenant promos and discounts.
Create weekly thematic tenant campaign for FB posting and/or printout campaign (marketing collateral placement available)
Daily calendar of tenant highlights for social media posting.
Single Point of Contact who will ensure the execution of Marketing initiatives as developed by the Corporate Marketing Team.
Single point of contact who will regularly check the mall and ensure that all collaterals and directional agreed upon by Marketing and Mall Operations are deployed on time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree preferably in Marketing or any business related course
Above average command of the English language
At least 2 - 3 years or more years of work experience in Marketing and leading a team
Good knowledge of marketing, advertising, and/or sales principles to aid in preparing for marketing plans
Creative and a strategic thinker with good problem solving skills
Strong planning and organizing skills and keen on details
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team player and must be willing to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office program
The candidate must be willing to work in Digos City
