JOB ROLE: The MALL MANAGER is responsible for overseeing and/or performance of all or any of the following duties: Mall Management, Cost Management, Local Marketing, Tenant Relations and Retention, Facilities and Operations, and Safety and Security Functions. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. Must have five (5) years of solid work experiences in a managerial or supervisory capacity, gained from service-oriented industries such as Fast Food Chains, Restaurants and Retail. Behavioral Competencies: Directing others, Facilitating Change, Negotiation, Planning and Organizing, Strategic Decision Making and Customer-Focused. Must be well-versed on financial management and have good analytical skills. Interested candidates must be living nearby or willing to be assigned to any of the following WalterMart Mall branches: E.
