JOB ROLE: The MALL MANAGER is responsible for increasing rental revenue, managing controllable costs, formulating effective programs to increase tenant sales and achieve target walk-ins. Focus also is on Facilities Management and Personnel Development. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business .Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. Must have at least 5 year(s) of solid work experiences in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity, gained from Restaurants, Fast Food Chains or Retail Industry.
