The Mall Architect (or Technical Planning Engineer) is responsible for implementing the mall's standard design. He/she may also be given special projects, major redevelopments/repairs, beautification projects, and others that are related to the mall's overall design and technical aspects.
Candidate must be a licensed Architect. We also consider licensed Civil Engineers to be hired as a Technical Planning Engineer.
Candidate must have experience in technical planning and design, preferably in a commercial real estate/property.
