Description
1. Making Daily Inventory Report.
2. Overseeing the exactness and status of the stocks.
3. Making an apt report to the Inventory Head if any problem arises concerning the stocks (discrepancy, out of stock items and others).
4. Making and reconciling of Daily Inventory Monitoring Sheet (DIMS). And ensure all are accurate based on the incoming & outgoing items.
5. Conducting daily physical inventory count of all items that has been moved to get the ending inventory count as basis to balance the starting count to the available ending record.
6. Helping the Inventory Head and Inventory Auditor on the physical inventory count.
7. Providing the Sales Department of the status of stocks.
8. Managing and minimize mixed tonalities and loose pieces of each branch using the First In First Out (FIFO) method and responsible for proper filing of it.
9. Reconciling, Checking, and updating of each respective branch masterlist at least once a month.
10. Checking and reconciling the Delivery Receipt with the Sales Invoice upon loading the items or upon delivery to the client.
11. Validating the amount in Official Receipts with the amount in the Sales Invoice before order to load and unload items.
12. Receiving and verifying the Sales Returns.
13. Checking the incoming and outgoing of items.
14. Monitoring and recording the branch's breakages.
15. Making Delivery Receipts for any inter-branch transactions.
16. Surrendering all daily inventory reports and used booklets (Receiving Reports (RR) & Delivery Receipts (DR) to the office at the end of the month.
17. Coordinating with the cashier if there is any refund/s.
18. Checking and putting all the Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) numbers for all the stocks and ensuring all the stocks are stamped with its corresponding ICC numbers and reporting to the inventory head if there are new items without ICC numbers.
