Job Description
 
To operate and maintain all mechanic and electric system which consist of, refrigerator, air conditioning, kitchen equipment, structural, electronic, sound equipment, etc and other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition. Repair or fix problems of all engineering equipment. Also, ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and employees.
 
Qualifications
Diploma or a graduate of Electrical Engineering, TESDA Plumbing, electronics or any related course.
Proficiency in commercial/industrial electrical and mechanical equipment and systems.
Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices and procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
