JOB SUMMARY:
 
We are looking for a reliable Maintenance to join our team in El Nido, Palawan. In this full-time, on-site role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of the property, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and safe for use. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach, while enjoying the natural beauty of El Nido.
 
Qualifications:
College level (preferably in a related technical field such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering)
Proven experience in maintenance or repair work (1-2 years preferred)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
