MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
 
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep of residential or commercial properties. This role involves performing routine inspections, handling repairs, and ensuring all facilities are safe, clean, and in excellent working condition. The technician will address issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general property repairs, as well as perform preventative maintenance to avoid future problems. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of responding quickly to maintenance requests.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building structures.
Handle routine maintenance tasks such as painting, flooring, and appliance repairs.
Address tenant maintenance requests and respond to emergencies promptly.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure long-term functionality of property systems.
Keep accurate records of completed work and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order necessary maintenance supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade experience is a plus.
Experience in property or facility maintenance.
Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
