more than 5 yrs in either plumbing, electrical or air conditioning trades with working knowledge in all three trades (multi-craft)
complete knowledge of craft related mathematics, sketching, and layout, interpret and read building drawings
familiarity with materials, specifications, and use of manufacturers catalogs, understanding of basic plumbing, electrical and HVAC codes
good work practices, safety and clean up, ability to climb and work at elevated heights
JOB QUALIFICATION
vocational
with working experience in high rise buildings is a plus factor.
