Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree on Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
Open for fresh graduates and or newly licensed
Experience relevant in Food Manufacturing Industry is a plus
With relevant Training and certification in industrial production,
engineering, or any related field.
Skills:
Effective Communicator, Presentation Skills, and strong Work Ethics.

Technical Competency (Understanding the Process Flow & Organization)
Strong Problem-solving and applies methodological approach
Knows how to interpret process flow diagram or schematics
Responsibilities:
Perform, monitors and up keep machine preventive maintenance and calibration plans.
Ensuring machines are in optimal performance and avoid breakdowns.
Executes preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
Repairing electrical components such as wiring, switches, and circuit boards
Maintain and ensuring all plant equipment's and facilities are in good and safe running condition and is being optimized to ensure a high efficiency and low cost of production.
Operate servicing, overhauling, and corrective maintenance of process and utility plant equipment and machineries like, boilers, compressors belt/drag/screw conveyor, etc.
Understand, diagnose and plan out troubleshooting to problems and machine malfunctions to determine causes of breakdowns by reviewing blueprints, diagram, schematic, error codes, inspecting components, testing systems and or mechanical drawings.
Installing, repairing, or maintaining industrial machinery or equipment
Prepare and update daily reports, breakdown and preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance report.
Responsible to record materials and tools inventory, variances and liabilities.
Facilitate housekeeping and safety practices to maintain good working environment at work.
Support in the establishment and continual improvement of Quality Management System and / or ISO 9001.
