MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Description
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of Electro-mechanical equipment.
Knowledge in basic electricity and troubleshooting.
Ensuring that machinery and equipment are kept in good working order
Ensuring that machinery and equipment meets safety regulations
With experience in Carpentry is advantage
Renders in the delivery of service on repair and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilating system, plumbing, building and grounds and electronics equipment.
Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, fix locks, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least Graduate or Undergraduate of any Engineering course or other related vocational course (TESDA) NC II holder for electrical or Aircon Technician, plumber etc.
With at least 1 to 2 years work experience of related Job
Knowledge of how mechanical systems and equipment work
Manual skills necessary to carry out maintenance operations
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to intervene promptly and efficiently, where required
Has the ability to interact and communicate with people
Can understand and speak basic English
