Job Description
CBS projects for MTTR improvements, OEE improvements, Scrap Reduction and 5S.
Responsible assigned maintenance technician through machine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
Initiate small lessons learned activity to co-technician as a way of sharing knowledge and skills.
Initiate 5S approach for machine equipment's, work area, cabinets and assigned shift tools.
Support function for the introduction of TPM "Total Productive Maintenance" for technician.

Electro Mechanical Components and Operation (Eletro-Mechanical Jigs, Motor Controls)
Quality Tools
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Training
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering - Undergraduate
Basic Technical skills ( Electromechanics )
Previous Job, Production Operator at ADAS backend line and packing station (3 years experience)
Undergo Total Productive Maintenance training (TPM Pillar 2 - My Machine Concept)
Support function to superior's CBS project (5S BIC, MTTR and OEE improvement)
Provided material handlers and production needs to SRR Backend line
Support Preventive Maintenance activity
