Job Description
1. Revenue: Achieve unit cost per piece in all assigned products based from given budget.
2. Profit: Improve cost situation year by year (PEPR and VPC)
3. Strategy / Planning: Administer good Maintenance Planning and establish an effective Process and Maintenance documentation that serves a guidelines in the manufacturing lines.
4. New Business / Product / Technology: Identify potential new product opportunities and provide technical support for
industrialization and implementation on the manufacturing lines.
5. Quality / Productivity: Ensure high quality of products are produced in the manufacturing lines.
6. External/Internal Relations: Establish and develop trusting relationship within the organization, suppliers and customers.
7. Talent Development: Ensure that capabilities of all subordinates are in its high competency level.
8. Organization Building / Support: Promote and implement organizational innovative culture.
9. Environment / CSR: Promote environmental safety and health awareness based from standards set by the company.
10. Others: Support plant core team initiative & activities.
