KONE Philippines is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Service Equipment Business team covering VisMin areas. In this role you will maintain, repair of our existing units with our clients. Your key focus is to ensure successful services for timely repairs and maintenance for our customers.
What will you be doing?
o Planning and delivering timely repair/maintenance works
o Handling customer complaints and feedbacks
o Responsible in Preventive Maintenance (Modular Base Maintenance - MBM)
o Audit site for regular inspection
o Develop and maintain customer satisfaction
Are you the one?
o Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications, highly desirable
o Full driver's license
o Proven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teams
o Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
o Ability to interact with customers and ensure positive impact
o Digital savvy
