Job Summary
Maintains at least 80% "up-time" in all running / operational deepwells, pump stations and wastewater treatment facilities
Ensures 10% (maximum) downtime for all electro-mechanical equipment installed / operating the deepwells, pump stations and wastewater treatment facilities
Ensures efficient and effective operation and maintenance of water distribution systems and wastewater treatment facilities based on existing company policies, targets and objectives
Promotes compliance to all business, statutory and environmental laws, rules and regulations as applicable
Assists in the evaluation / review of electro-mechanical plans and lay-outs for new projects of the Company
Wastewater Treatment / Pollution Control & Monitoring
Installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains electro-mechanical systems (lift stations, generators, submersible pumps, etc.) and all other critical equipment
Performs preventive maintenance based on the prescribed schedules
Does housekeeping activities in and out of the Company's facilities
Monitors implementation of approved sewer line lay-outs and conducts spot / random inspection based on the provisions of the Company's Deed of Restrictions
Water Supply / Distribution System
Installs, repairs, troubleshoots and maintains electro-mechanical systems (pump stations, deepwells, generators, submersible pumps, etc.) and all other critical equipment
Performs preventive maintenance based on the prescribed schedules
Graduate of any Electro-Mechanical-related course
At least one (1) year experience in operation and maintenance of water distribution systems and waste water facilities
At least one (1) year experience in repair and maintenance of electro-mechanical systems (lift stations, generators, submerisble pumps, etc.)
