Job Description
1. Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment to perform required maintenance and service
2. Provide emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment and machinery during production and assist Production Staff as required when equipment and machinery is underperforming
3. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts and conduct test to ensure that repairs are satisfactory
4. Monitor performance of machinery and equipment and make adjustment and proper calibration as needed
5. Ensure that all equipment and machinery meets specifications and requirements
6. Perform basic diagnostic tests and preventive repair maintenance in accordance with the prescribed schedules or whenever necessary
7. Adjust equipment and reset or calibrate sensors and controls to specs
8. Clean and lubricate equipment and machinery
9. Test damaged machine parts to determine whether major repairs are needed
10. Perform month- end inventory of Technical materials and initiate request for replacement as needed
11. Recommend applicable improvements in process and procedures of Technical Department
12. Report timely any erroneous activities or any deviation from the standards to Technical Supervisor
Reqiurements:
Atleast 3 years of related experience in Machine Maintenance
Willing to be trained in Cainta for 2 months (Shuttle, Meal and Accomodation provided)
