Description
Conducts preventive maintenance based on GMAO schedule.
Encodes in system activities rendered in preventive and corrective maintenance
Informs to update in GMAO latest inventory of machinery and tooling
Ensures and updates records of maintenance based on ISO requirements.
Ensures awareness of environmental hazards and aspects
Understands all environmental legal requirements.
Provides support that all moulds and tools are cleaned and available prior to production.
Ensures there is enough stocks for all tools needed in production
Ensures cleaning materials and equipment are always available
Stores cleaned tools and moulds in designated locations.
Conducts repair if necessary if necessary for damaged tools and moulds.
Conducts monthly inventory stock taking.
Encodes all transaction activities in the system like parts destocking
Updates Kanban list for monitoring of critical spare parts
Ensures FIFO system is implemented
Informs immediate superior on parts that will require replenishment
Conducts and records calibration of thermos controller for heaters, air pressure gauge(die-head),weigh scales and Maguire
Conducts and records measurement for extrusion screw and barrel
Performs periodic measurement of tools and moulds
Ensures that all measurement devices are calibrated before use
Starts machine based on procedure
Ensures cooling lines are open and extrusion motor temperature are within desired setting
Checks barrel actual temperature is correct based on set values
Ensures gear oil and lubricating oil are within the desired limits
Speeds of corrugator and puller are synchronized
Checks resin material are in placed
Ensures air pressure supply to machine are within the set parameter
Checks material percentage ratio are based in process sheet
Ensure color concentration is according to process sheet
Ensures actual dryer temperature are within set values
Ensures loader are working to replenish the resin material
Understands the basic safety procedure
Operates the forklift in tilt up and down loading
Ensures there is enough gas and distilled water for battery
