Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the respective operations equipment covering activities such as machine calibration, set-up and conversion, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Front of Line Process: Diebond/Die Attach, Worebond, Saw; End of Line Process: Test, Plating, Mold, DTFS; SMT & RF Process preferably in Semiconductor or Electronics Industry
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
