Qualifications:
Education
Graduate of at least 2 or 3 year Technical Course in Electrical / Mechatronic / Instrumentation and Control.
At least college level under graduate of Bachelor of Science (BS) mentioned above or under board of the BS course above.
Technical Skills
Measuring devices such as: Digital / Analog Volt-Ohm meter, Ammeter, Tachometer, Hydraulic Test kit, Insulation Tester and other basic maintenance tools & devices.
Can interpret Electrical/ Mechanical/ Basic logic / Automation Diagram/s
Job Description:
Participate in preventive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery and related facilities.
Perform routine and repair maintenance ( mechanical / electrical / control )
Check pressure for hydraulic / pneumatic system using pressure gauge.
Check motor/s output current, voltage and temperature.
Ensure and adhere to safe work practices and procedures
Perform related duties as required
Identify equipment maintenance needs.
Perform routine and repair maintenance ( mechanical / electrical / control ).
Attend to inspection of delivered parts.
Monitor spare parts stock level.
Prepare requisition for required parts.
Maintain equipment record.
Ensure accuracy of record kept.
Update equipment records.
Ensure and adhere to safe work practices and procedures.
Perform related duties as required.
