ARAMCO PROJECT IN SAUDI ARABIA
Field Maintenance experience as Maintenance Supervisor focusing on the execution day to day activities.
We are looking for a competent Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in our facilities. You will be responsible for hiring and training staff and ensuring the smooth running of upkeep or repair operations.
Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation to maximize productivity. Inspecting facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential issues and scheduling repairs as needed.
Monitoring inventory levels of materials and equipment, ensuring the necessary resources are available for essential maintenance work. Training and supervising staff, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance. Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
