Qualifications:
Must be BS Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering Graduate.
Preferably licensed.
With at least 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing
Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills
Hardworking, independent, and highly motivated for working long hours
Experience in production planning / supervisory role
Willing to render extra hours of work when needed
