Lead and supervise the maintenance team
Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
Coordinate with production to minimize downtime
Ensure safety and compliance with standards
Maintain accurate records and reports
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred)
Experience supervising maintenance in a manufacturing setting
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Hands-on knowledge of equipment and machinery
Safety-conscious, responsible, and results-driven
