MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
 
Brief Description:
 
Primarily responsible for ensuring the uptime, reliability and availability of all plant machinery and equipment, as well as utilities, by leading a team of technicians to carry out troubleshooting, repairs, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities. 
 
Job Requirements: 
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering 
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing plant maintenance 
Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage
With experience in handling a team of technicians
Proficient in mechanical, electrical and utility systems
Familiar with PM systems 
Proficient in documentation and shift reporting
Ability to lead and take responsibility 
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail 
Willing to learn
