A Japanese company operating in MEZ II seeks to employ a top-notch candidate to fill in the position for the expansion of the following vacancy:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ electrical engineering course or other related field/ area with active PRC license.
With at least 3- 5 years of working experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
Handling preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance program.
Knowledgeable in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), HMI (programming starting from scratch) and Servo programming.
With working experience in designing mechanical jigs and other related tools (starting from scratch).
Proficient in AutoCAD software and in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.).
Good understanding of ISO 9001 and 14001 standard requirements.
Can lead, supervise and train team members
Change-oriented person that can easily adapt to new process and can be flexible with work schedules especially emergency arises.
Able to perform work with strong sense of accuracy and has good analytical skills to solve issues efficiently and effectively.
Ability to make cost-effective planning and strategic decisions.
Ability to implements 5's approach in maintaining and organizing the engineering office including production equipment.
Excellent in both written and oral communication skills to carry out instructions well with subordinates such as collaborating with production manager and supervisor to align maintenance program and production schedules.
