Job Description: 
Leads a team of technicians to ensure uptime, reliability, and availability of all plant machinery, equipment, and utilities through effective troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:   
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communications Engineering
2-3 years hands-on experience in plant maintenance; FMCG experience is plus
Possesses good communication skills, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and utility systems and familiar with PM systems
Experience in leading technician teams and is good in documentation and shift reporting
